And it’s gonna rain outside And I’m gonna tell everybody what you’re like Oh and it’s gonna rain outside And I’m gonna tell everybody what you’re like Walking through the woods Through the Hyatt Through the subway car Through the crowded bar I’m trying to find a way Back to Sunday Maybe if I shave my legs And if I change my name And spend the summer in her driveway Shootin’ basketballs And quotin’ lines from a play And it’s gonna rain outside And I’m gonna tell everybody what you’re like Oh and it’s gonna rain outside And I’m gonna tell everybody what you’re like

Becky 04:03
How are you today? How’s your eggs? How’s your brain? How’s the girl With all those little pains Playin’ iPhone games Smokin’ Mary Jane Eatin’ Beef Lo Mein How are you tonight? How’s your back? How’s your Sprite? How’s the fear that you Can’t control your life? Can’t read or write? Can’t decide? Between red or white Becky You used to wanna be A painter with a cup of tea Cinnamon, Oolong, Iced, Green You’ll drink whatever you just need caffeine At your 9 to 5 You’re barely alive Always inside Always behind Dreamin’ of a place Where you can erase Every single trace of mankind A beach and sand And a summer tan Would make everything seem alright You gotta walk it off Downward facing dog You gotta get everything off your mind Becky You used to wanna be A painter with a cup of tea Cinnamon, Oolong, Iced, Green You’ll drink whatever you just need caffeine You wish you were a stream You wish you were a meme You wish you were nineteen

Caroline 03:55
She lays On her bed Her hands holding her head Her fingers holding a cigarette She always knows just what to say She didn’t like it when she read Hemingway She watches Kelly, Ellen and Today When she’s bored She finds it hard to be on time But everything always turns out fine She’s just about to turn 29 in July Caroline My friends say you’re wasting my time Baby I don’t mind She has no idea what to wear She’s always playin’ with her goddamn hair She’s always sayin’ that she Don’t care when I know she cares She grew up in the burbs of PA She thinks salmon is gourmet She thinks that it’s just okay to be alive Caroline My friends say you’re wasting my time Baby I don’t mind

I love you Elaine You help me remain sane You keep me dry in the rain And my life’s a hurricane It breaks me down on the train But the pain of my days completely fades away Every time you place a kiss on my face Your thoughts are on my mind When I lose faith in humankind When my body falls behind When my words are poorly timed I feel empty deep down inside But the pain of my days completely fades away Every time you place a kiss on my face Take my hand Out in the promise land And I’ll make promises that no one could keep Don’t think twice Cause baby twice ain’t as nice We’ve got one chance To make a final leap The rain pounds the ground It weighs me down But you sweep me off my feet

about

The new and final album from CHUCK, released via Audio Antihero Records.

“My new album, Frankenstein Songs for the Grocery Store, will be my last as CHUCK. But it's been a great run! I've been making DIY music since I was in High School. If you haven't done it, I can't explain how fun it is to build songs by yourself. It's a magical thing. But I know my path is leading elsewhere, and I'm not made for the music biz. I'm 30. I'm married. I have a full-time job. I just don't have it in me anymore. So without further adieu, please enjoy the final CHUCK record. It's got songs about diet, exercise, work, love, T.V. and animals.” - CHUCK
